Login security is Super Ace's top technical priority. Since the platform launched in 2018, we have continuously invested in security infrastructure to ensure every member's login session is fully protected.
When you enter your username and password on Super Ace, all data is transmitted over a connection protected by 256-bit SSL — the same security standard used by Malaysia's major banks. Data in transit cannot be read by anyone along the way, including third parties who may attempt to intercept your connection.
Super ace member passwords are never stored as plain text in our database. We use a one-way hashing with modern algorithms — meaning even if our database were theoretically accessed by an unauthorised party, they would not be able to decrypt your password.
Super ace also has brute force protection built into its system — consecutive failed login attempts will temporarily lock the account and send a notification to the account owner. This prevents anyone from automatically cycling through thousands of password combinations.
For members who want an extra layer of security, super ace offers 2-factor authentication (2FA) which can be activated for free via your account settings. With 2FA enabled, logging in requires not just your username and password, but also a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds from your authenticator app.
